Request to delete my EMPPASS account
1- Process
I- You can only delete your EMPPASS account by proving that you are its owner, by sending an email to business@kubutech.com
2- Email
I- The email requesting the deletion of an EMPPASS account must include the reason for the request, as well as details such as your full registered name, EMPPASS username, and the phone number and/or email address used during registration.
3- Account deletion
I- Once the email is received by the EMPPASS customer support team, they will verify that the information is correct and that the user is the account owner. The information will then be forwarded to the responsible department to proceed with the deletion. An email or SMS will also be sent to the user confirming that their account will be deleted. The deletion process takes 4 days and will be irreversible.
4- End
I- Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All data will be erased, including attendance records and sessions. If the user wishes to use the service again, they will need to register a new account.
